Most cohorts go live within about 30 days of kickoff: week 1 kickoff and scope, week 2 SSO, LMS and exam pathway setup, week 3 faculty training and enrollment, week 4 full access with weekly check-ins.
Yes. Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle and D2L Brightspace via LTI 1.3. Roster sync, launch and progress reporting are configurable depending on your LMS.
Yes. SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, with providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Shibboleth. SSO is included from the Program tier up.
Regulated Science Institute follows FERPA-aligned practices for student records. Your program controls who can see learner data, and admins can export data and view audit logs. SOC 2 readiness work is in progress.
HIPAA-aligned configurations and Business Associate Agreements are available for hospital, residency and life sciences contracts on the Enterprise tier.

Regulated Science Institute is not an accreditor and does not guarantee compliance. It helps programs document learning gaps, remediation activity and outcomes for accreditation-readiness work.
For hospitals, options may include Epic, MEDITECH, Oracle Health/Cerner, FHIR, SMART on FHIR and HL7, subject to your IT approval, vendor access and data-sharing requirements. It is not plug-and-play.
